Welcome back to this week's Monday Challenge. This month is going by so fast and it's even a short month. The older you get the faster the time goes. I'm not liking it at all. I need more hours in the day to get all these things done that I need to get done. Late nights again this week I see.

I put the feathers on this card since she is a show girl and they always have big feathery things that they are wearing. The paper does have gold on it but I couldn't get it to show up to good. I do hope you enjoy it. Here are the items that I used to make this.

ROBYN'S CHALLENGE WITH LACE

ADD SOME LACE TO ROBYN'S FETISH CHALLENGE #111

Hope all is well with you this Sunday Morning. I'm trying to keep cool in this hot weather. I think I may have to turn on the air conditioner for the first time this year. Our ceiling fans have been great but I don't think they will handle this 90 degree weather. I'm still having fun with the kids until Jordan goes back to college. I thought that it being summer the drama of a pre-teen would lay off for awhile but I was wrong. They still find some way to argue about things and they are not even seeing each other. When will it end? (NEVER LOL)

We have a new designer that we are featuring this week and a theme that we haven't had. That's as long as I have been here. Our designer is A Day For Daisies. The theme we are using is "Add Some Lace". I love lace but finding some in different colors can be hard. I know I have had to dye some before just to get the color I wanted. I found my lace that was in my stash when I made photo albums. The name of my image is called Sitting In A Globe. I wanted to figure out how to make a shaker card with this one but didn't know how to do one so big. I will have to put that on my list of things to learn. (I do actually have a list) I'm sure you would like to know what the prize you working for this week. Here it is:

FEATURE MONDAY OVER AT MY GRAFICO

MY GRAFICO'S FEATURE MONDAY

Welcome to Monday's feature here at My Grafico. Hope your morning is starting off well. Not to bad in Ohio. The weather is great. My daughter is done with school. My son and husband are done with college this quarter. We are spending some quality time together but my son isn't into to well. Here's to old for that stuff. You have to spend time with the young children because they eventually grow up and move on. I'm hoping for some great moments this summer and some great scrapbook layouts to.

The set that we are using this week is from designer Lindsay's Stamp Stuff. What we are using this week is Elegant & Shabby School Scrapbook & Card Papers. These papers are terrific for any year of school and even college pictures. There is even a paper that looks like a music sheet. Let's look at the set for yourself.

Here's the card that I made with this set. The papers are so neat that it was hard to pick one. Once I picked one my idea was there. Let me show you the card that I made.

I hope you like what I did with the paper. It was hard to find graduation stuff at this time of the year so I used some of the stuff I have to finish my son's layouts. ROBYN'S FETISH'S CHALLENGE IS NO SQUARE THIS WEEK

ROBYN'S FETISH CHALLENGE #110

Good Morning to everyone!! Hope is all well with you this beautiful Sunday Morning. I actually woke up and seen sunshine with the birds singing. I also had a wonderful Saturday. My daughter is out of school now and soccer has ended. So yesterday, me, my husband and my daughter sat and watched movies all day. It was actually nice just taking a day and doing absolutely nothing. I did have to take time out to fix dinner (Blahh) My son, of course, wasn't home and when he was he stayed in his room. He's to old for these things lately.

Well, Robyn's Fetish is no square this week. I tried to be funny. (HA HA) Our theme this week is making a card that is not square or rectangle. This was a challenge for me but it was fun trying. I have to admit that I had to look into how to make one but found alot a neat cards but knew I wouldn't have time to try and get one of those done. In the future I will have one on here after I learn how to get one made. We used an image from The Paper Shelter. I chose a little girl that was titled A Quiet Moment. She was so cute and she looks peaceful. Let me tell you the great prize you will win from The Paper Shelter.

I used a color that I normally don't use and I think it tuned out great. I will have to use green more often. I'm trying to do things that I would never do. TO THE MOON AT MY GRAFICO'S CHALLENGE BLOG

MY GRAFICO'S CHALLENGE #128

Good Morning everyone. I hope you had a great Mother's Day. This year was great spending time with my Grandmother and family that I haven't seen for years. It was very different but was a great feeling to be with family.

I would like to share with you that I will not be here next Monday. It's very sad to say but my husband will be having surgery Wednesday and I will be helping him recover. Once we get in a routine here at home I will be back to making my projects for My Grafico. He will be getting a partial knee replacement that we have waited for 5 years. He hurt it through work and he's on Workman's Comp. It takes so long to get them to finally approve things. I will be so glad when he isn't hurting anymore. It's very hard to see your husband in pain all the time.

Our challenge for the next two weeks is going to be Blast Off. Our Design Team was able to a Digital Stamp designed by Kelly Medina Studio's. The name of the set was Outer Space Boys. I love this set and I'm sure you will also. You can do many things with this set for little boys. Of course I thought of my Grandson when I was making this and my daughter for the say on the card. It's a saying that I say to her all the time. Let's not wait anymore and show you the set that we used.

I just love this set. It's so cute. So, again, this is the challenge for the next two weeks. Make a project with things that Blast Off. All of our projects are due by midnight on May 25th. PAPER PIECING TECHNIQUE AT ROBYN'S FETISH

Robyn's Fetish Challenge #107 with Paper Piecing

Happy Mother's Day to everyone!! Suppose to have a cookout at my Grandma's but it's suppose to rain all day. I guess we will just have everything indoors. As long as I get to spend time with my Grandma, I will be happy. I do want to apologize for my short post last week. It was a very hard time for me because we had a death in the family. My grandmother wasn't doing well and that was very painful for me. I love my grandmother dearly. She has always been there for me and if my best friend. Enough of my sorrow, let's get to the great challenge this week.

I can honestly say that I had never done a paper piecing project. I did have a hard time with it but ended up with a great example for it. I think the hardest part was trying to get the pieces to fit where I had wanted them. It took me four times to finally get it. We used the digital stamps from Dearie Dolls Digi Stamps. My image that I used was called Mousey Girl Sunflower Sitter. I love sunflowers so this was the perfect image for me. So, let me tell you about the prize that a lucky winner will winner for this challenge.

I'm going to have two pictures for you to look at this week. The first will be the picture of my card and the second picture is a close up of the paper piecing that I did on the sunflower.

MY GRAFICO'S FEATURE MONDAY WITH BABY STAR DESIGNS

Welcome to another feature Monday with My Grafico. I really think you will like the feature that we have for you today. The design team has worked very hard to show you what you can do with the set we used. The designer that we used for this feature is Baby Star Designs. The set was called Love, Trees, and Friends. There was so many possibilities that you could do with this set. I ended up doing a card named In Love. I was a little busy this week with having a new grand daughter named Remie Faith. My son looks so happy but that little girl is going to have him wrapped around his little finger. That's the way my daughter is with her father.

Let me show you the set that we were able to play with this week.

The little quotes were enough for me to make my card. I hope you can see the potential with this set.

ROBYN'S FETISH SUNDAY CHALLENGE

A GREAT SUNDAY'S CHALLENGE WITH ROBYN'S FETISH

Hoppy Easter as we say in our house. What a beautiful day outside. I can honestly say that this year we did something different for this holiday. The kids went and spent a night with their one Grandma and went to see the new Titanic Movie in 3D. They all had a great time. I actually was able to spend the day on Saturday with all three of my children and my grandson. That was the best gift they could have ever given me. We spent almost whole day together sitting around and talking and laughing. That's what family is all about. I'm very happy they did this for me. They are the greatest kids and I'm a very lucky mother.

We have a great theme that I know everyone will like this week. It's anything goes!! Who doesn't want to enter this challenge. I love these theme's. You can practically do anything you want for this challenge. The sponsor this week is Robyn's Fetish. We were lucky that we used anyone of their digital stamps to work on this week. NEW FEATURE AT MY GRAFICO

A NEW MONDAY'S FEATURE FROM MY GRAFICO

Hope you are having a great Monday morning!! I'm a little slow today. This weather has really played with my sinuses the last couple of days. I almost had a new granddaughter last week. They called Amanda and told her to go to the hospital because of her BP and they thought they were going to have to take the baby. Of all days, it was on my son's birthday. Wouldn't that be neat to have your daughter on your birthday. Well, she was sent home and they have to tests on her at least twice a week. She was in there all day. We were wondering if she was going to have her. She has three weeks left so I will keep you informed. I'm getting excited.

The feature designer this week is Cupcake Cutiees Design. We used a set that was called Easter Candy and Cakes Clip Art Elements. As soon as I seen the jelly beans I knew I wanted to do something with them. My favorite candy but you can only find it this time of the year. There are many items with this set so you can make many cards and they don't have to be about Easter. The cakes are also cute on there. This is a set that I think that you are going to want to add to your collection. I'm glad it's in mine now. Here's a picture for you to see what I am talking about.

Great set!! Don't forget that you have a week left to get your projects in for this last challenge. The theme was Easter or Spring and you have until March 30th until midnight to get those in.

Well let's get to my project that I did use Jelly Beans in the card.

I hope you like the glitter on the jelly beans. I thought that I would make them pop a little. The carrots also have glitter on them. ROBYN'S FETISH SUNDAY CHALLENGE #100

Good Morning!! I'm excited that we are on challenge #100. Look at all the challenges and winners that we have had over all these challenges. I'm glad that I have been here to share in this great moment. I have enjoyed all the challenges that I have been a part of and I'm excited to see what is coming for the future. It is a great feeling that I can share my work with all of you and hopefully it inspires you. I have learned a lot since being on this Design Team and I'm not trying to brag but I think that my card making has improved since starting here. I am so grateful for that. I'm now hoping to start making my scrapbook layouts alot more better.

Let's get to the theme of the challenge this week. It's a great one. At least it was for me. It's Kids Cards. I love kids and really wanted to work on this one. I was lucky to use the Digital Stamp from Digi Darla's Digital Stamp Club. The Digital Stamp that I used was called Boy on Rocking Horse. Since I have a grandson, I thought that I would pick something with a boy in it. Are you ready for the great prize for the winner this week. You are going to love it.
