ROBYN'S FETISH CHALLENGE # 327 "FAIRIES"

Hello to everyone!! Hope you had a fabulous week. Really hot here so I had to stay in most of the time. Due to a medication that I take, I can't be in direct sunlight and when I get to hot now I immediately get real sick. I use to love being outside and doing things. But if you need it to help you. You have to deal with the side effects. Let's get to this great challenge. I had so much fun with it.

This is a new sponsor we have here. Her name is Nikki Burnette and she owns The Fantasy Art Of Nikki Burnette. Her store is amazing. I'm so lucky that she let me use the image "Cheyanna Autumn Fairy." Cheyanna is a fairy that is sitting in the woods with four foxes and some butterflies. I have to say that she has talent and she lives just an 1 1/2 hours from me. I would love to take lessons from her. So here is the card I call "Forest Fairy."

Is that the prettiest fairy. I am in love with this image. Her prize that she is giving out is

3 Digital Images
(No Sets)
Of The
Winner's Choice
From

I really hope you find some inspiration in her. I tried a new fold called the "Twisted Easel Fold" which really wasn't that hard to do. I watched a few tutorials until I learned the technique. It is actually easier then I thought. It took me a long time to color the fairy. More time then I ever thought I would spend on one image. But she is totally worth it. I put crystal glitter glue at the bottom for the water and added a quote. Last I added wooden butterflies to the card. Here is where everything came from

Cardstock --  Close To My Heart
Paper  --  K & Company
Glitter  --  Tree House (Hobby Lobby)
Quote  --  Ultimate Guide To The Perfect Card
Wood Butterflies  --  Trimits From Wild Orchid Crafts

Thank You for stopping by to see this week's challenge. Everyone here at The Robyn's Fetish Challenge Blog would love to see what you make with your fairies. Then enter them in our challenge. You can't win if you don't enter. Have a Wonderful Week.

ROBYN'S FETISH CHALLENGE # 326 "AT THE BEACH"

Hello to everyone reading this. Hope is all well with you. I'm just a little sad. My daughter left Friday to go on a trip across the United States in a RV to go to California. On the way they are suppose to go see the Grand Canyon, go snorkeling, visit Disney Land for three days, and walk the board walk. There a couple of other things she will be doing but its a great opportunity for her. She went with her best friend and her mother. The sad part is they are going to be gone for 12 days and I miss her so much already. My daughter and I are close and it was hard on both of us when she left. I cried all day after I said Goodbye. I wouldn't stand in the way of this for her. She's already been to Virginia Beach with her friend and her mom is talking Hawaii next summer. Wish I had this when I was 16. Moving on to the challenge.

I am so lucky that I was allowed to use "Summertime Butterfly Bear" from Bugaboo Stamps. I just love the digital images they have in their store. There are many stamps if you are doing something with a summer theme. I made a card this week that you can use to send a message from where you are to your family back home. I always try to name my cards and layouts so here is the name for this one. "Beach Bound"

I hope you like it. I found so many things to make beach cards or layouts that it was hard to pick out what to use. I think this worked out great. So, here is the prize from Bugaboo Stamps.

$21.00 Gift Certificate
To

Great Prize!! Makes you want to enter our challenge!! Now on my card I used a couple of embellishments, fun paper and that great image. The circle behind the image is suppose to be a beach ball that also matches the one the bear is holding. This was a pretty simple card to make. The coloring of the image took me the longest. I just couldn't get my bear to look right. I think that it finally looks good. Here is what I used to make this adorable card

Cardstock --  The Paper Studio & My Paper Stash
Paper --  The Paper Studio
The Word Beach & The Sun In The Corner  --  Me & My Big Ideas
Sand Castle Border --  Jolee's Boutique

Thank You for taking a little time out of your day to read my post. Can't wait to see the cards that you make for this week. If you have a friend, invite them to enter also. All the information is on The Robyn's Fetish Challenge Blog and that's where you need to add your card. Hope you have a great week ahead.

ROBYN'S FETISH CHALLENGE # 325 "ANYTHING BUT A CARD"

Good Day to everyone!! This past week has not exactly been a normal one. First, summer has come at a very fast and hot pace. My window air conditioner won't even cool down our living room like it usually does. Second, I am sending prayers to all those that are in Texas and Nice, France. It has been really sad in this world this week. Let's get to something exciting.

As you can see, this week's sponsor is our very own Robyn's Fetish Digital Stamps and More. Robyn's was great in letting us pick our image for this challenge. She has had this image called "Angel Bear" and I wanted to work with it. I remembered that I had pictures of my daughter in a little Angel Outfit with Wings. There went the idea of another Scrapbook Layout since we had to make anything but a card. I call this layout "My Daughter, My Angel."

This week's prize will be

3 Digital Stamps
Of
The Winner's Choice
From

On this layout I used a piece of paper that I have had for years with the Angels on it. I cut it in half and used it on the sides. I then used the pictures that my daughter was in and two of me with her. I couldn't cut myself out so they had to stay. Jelissa was 3 months old in these pictures. I took the image and made two of them with one flipped horizontally. Colored them pink and purple because that's what I loved her in at that age, Then wrote the sentiment in a Berry Rotunda font. The last thing is I added the Angel Embellishments. Here are the items

Cardstock --  Close To My Heart
Paper --  Masterpiece Studio's ( From Many Years Ago )
Glitter On Bear's Wing's --  Tree House Studio
Angel Embellishments  --  Make It Christmas ( Hobby Lobby )
Colored Markers
Colored Pencils

To see more of the design teams projects just go to Robyn's Fetish Challenge Blog. There are instructions there to tell you how to enter your project that you make this week. I hope my layout gave you some inspiration. Please leave comments so I know what you think of it. Good of Bad.
Have a Wonderful Week and the rest of your Sunday

ROBYN'S FETISH CHALLENGE # 324 "ANYTHING WITH WATER"

Hello! Hope all is well with you. I have had a very odd week. My son moved out again and it's peaceful with him and his sister not fighting. This is something that I will have to get use to and probably love when I do. This was his first Birthday not living at home. He turned 24 yesterday. Didn't even see him. It was weird when my first son wasn't home for his first birthday.

This week's sponsor is Angie's Digital Stamps. Her store has cute images and also sentiments that you can choose. She was so kind that she let me use her stamp "Whale" that worked great for this challenge. I have been wanting to use a picture of my grandson's wrinkled hand after he went swimming with me and my husband. The name of the card is "Having A Whale Of A Time" which is a sentiment that I used on my layout shown here:

This is the prize one lucky winner will receive

3 Digital Stamps
Of The
Winner's Choice
Angie's Digital Stamps Store

So, I would like to explain to you what I did to this Scrapbook Layout with my image of the "Whale." My Grandson (Hayden that was 9 months at the time) went to the pool for the first time with us. I took a picture with his wrinkled hand and wanted to use it for a layout one day. So I made around 20 copies of his hand. I cut them all out and made this cute circle with all of them. I knew there would be a hole in the middle and knew where to put my image of the Whale. The whale is so much brighter if you seen it in person. I had many pictures with Hayden in the water that made picking the right pictures hard. I made the pictures in circles to kind of look like bubbles. The background paper of water made the finishing touch. I have to say if you never made something like this, it takes a lot of time. Here is my ingredients.

Cardstock --  Close To My Heart & The Paper Studio
Paper --  The Paper Studio
Font Of Sentiment  --  PW Cartoon Maker
Glitter On Whale  --  Ranger (Crystal)
Colored Markers
Colored Pencils

Since it's Summer, I bet that there are a lot of photos laying around just to make a great card with. You may have water in the back ground or you have a cute image you have been wanting to use. When your project is finished just add them to the challenge at Robyn's Fetish Challenge Blog. I love looking at what other creative people make. I'm at the end so have an awesome week and I will see you next Sunday.

ROBYN'S FETISH CHALLENGE # 323 "CHRISTMAS IN JULY"

Good Morning!! Thank You for visiting my post for today. This week's challenge is one of my favorites. Who does not like Christmas in July? This officially starts the ideas of what to get people for Christmas. If I don't start a little early I will eventually get way behind and I really don't want to do that. So, since I love this challenge so much let's get to it.

As you can see, Star Stampz will be our sponsor for "Christmas In July" challenge. I used the great image called "Christmas Elf Ornament." She is absolutely beautiful. I did name the card "Ready To Decorate." She is sitting on an ornament so I thought it was perfect name. Here she is

The winner will receive

Winner's Choice Of
Three Digital Stamps
From

They do have beautiful stamps so here is another great prize for our challenge winner's. When I seen this was one of the stamps I could use I was excited. She was totally an image that would stand out screaming Christmas. I also had this brand new Die-Cut that I received a week before. I knew this was a perfect match. I had found poinsettia flowers last year on the Internet and made sure I bought enough for this year's cards. I don't think I bought enough though. The background paper with the ornaments was great because they kind of looked like the ornament on the image. I think the frame made things complete. I do love how the red and white looks. So, here is where I tell you the items I used.

Cardstock --  The Paper Studio
Paper --  The Paper Studio
Frame --  Spellbinders 5x7 Card Die-Cut Called "Mystical Embrace"
Poinsettia's And Little Flowers --  Wild Orchid Crafts
Strings Of Beads --  Hobby Lobby
Colored Markers
Colored Pencils

Well that's where everything came from. I just came up with the idea of what to make. I really hope you liked this card. This has been one of my favorites that I have done in awhile. Remember that all you have to do is go to Robyn's Fetish Challenge Blog  and enter your Christmas in July Card. It's very simple and we love seeing what you make. Hope you are having a Wonderful Fourth of July weekend.
