ROBYN'S FETISH CHALLENGE #252 "BIRTHDAY CARDS FOR A TEENAGE GIRL"

Good Morning again for another Sunday Challenge. Believe it or not this is the last challenge for the month of February. This is also the weekend of the first major snow storm for the winter. I know people may think I'm crazy but I am loving it. It's so pretty watching the snow fall and how it looks on the trees outside. My daughter has been out of school all last week and my husband was told that they weren't going to work either. I have had the whole family home this past week. It's been nice spending some time together but I think my daughter is getting cabin fever. She actually loves going to school and she is missing her soccer practices. This is great Ohio weather. That's why I won't live anywhere else. I have always said that winter was my favorite season.

I like the challenge that we have this week. Now that my daughter is a teenager this was perfect for me to do. Deedee's Digis is our great sponsor for this week. I just love the different categories they have in their shop. I picked the digital stamp called "Fluttering By." This has a butterfly by itself and also a butterfly on a flower. I used the one with the flower. I have so many people in my family that loves butterflies it seemed perfect to make a teenage card with them. Before I go on to show you my card with this beautiful image, let me tell you about the prize Deedee's Digis is giving to one lucky winner.

Now, let me show you the card I made with "Fluttering By."

I knew that this paper would be perfect for this image. I added the maroon and purple cardstock behind the butterfly paper just to make it pop a little bit more. I thought the added flowers looked good with the flower I colored under the butterfly. I've heard the sentiment before so that's what I used. I just don't know if I heard them together of at different times. I think it went well together. Here is what I used to make this card for a teenager.

Flower With Rhinestone In Middle -- Prima Flowers

I hope you found some inspiration from my card and you can get some more inspiration from our design team's cards that are at Robyn's Fetish Challenge Blog. Love to see what you enter this week. ROBYN'S FETISH CHALLENGE#251 "SQUARE CARDS"

Hello Again!! It's very strange having two posts so close together. I do find it fun to show what I am working on. I hope everyone out there had a great Valentine's Day. I was able to do some crafting, looking at some blogs, read a little facebook and  then watched NASCAR. It was a rather a very relaxing day. I'm also really excited that the races will be on again. These races are great to watch on a Sunday when there is nothing else on.

I'm sure you would like to get to know about this week's challenge. We have Oak Pond Creations sponsoring the square cards challenge. This is always one of the challenges that I love working with. For some reason I find them easier to work on. Oak Pond Creations let me use one of the cutest little animal images. The name of the image is "Benedict Bullfrog." I'm not normally a frog person but he is very cute. I'm sure this is one image that you will want to have. Thank You for letting me use this great image. Since they are sponsoring us here is the prize that they will be giving one lucky winner.

I'm so excited to show you my Benedict Bullfrog. My little bullfrog has some friends in the pond and they are a little happy. Here is my card

I hope you think those frogs are as cute as I do. I really had fun making this one. The gems are called petals. So I used them to kind of look like lily pads. I guess you just have to use your own imagination. Here are the items I used to make Benedict Bullfrog.

LIL PATCH OF CRAFTY FRIENDS FEBRUARY 15 CHALLENGE "ANYTHING GOES"

Good Morning Everyone!!!! This is the second challenge of February from the Lil Patch of Crafty Friends. If I haven't told you, there are two challenges a month with three sponsors for each one. Three times for a chance for you to win. This is a great challenge blog for more prizes then one. The challenges are always the first of the month and in the middle of the month. They will always have the theme anything goes and my blog post will always be in the middle of the month. Below I will let you know who is sponsoring this challenge and the sponsor that I chose to do an image from. So, lets get started.

Here is our first sponsor

Yes this is Sami Stamps. They have many categories for you to choose stamps from. Make sure to check out their blog to see their incredible stamps. You can get those stamps with the prize that they are giving to a lucky winner this week. It is $12.00 Gift Certificate This is a very generous prize so make sure you enter your project. Thank You Sami Stamps for sponsoring us for this challenge. We really appreciate it. Now let's get to the second sponsor for this weeks challenge.

Lemon Shortbread Art is an etsy store where they sell their stamps and prints. They are new to me but I really did like what they have to offer. Just take a look at what they do with their digital stamps. they are very nice. Now here is the prize that they will give to another lucky winner. They are going to give 3 Digital Stamps. Here is the last sponsor for this weeks challenge.

Michele R Designs is the sponsor that I chose this week to work with. She has printed papers and elements that match the papers. Her designs are Vintage and Shappy Chic Inspired. Before I get to the set I chose, I want to tell you what the prize that she is giving to the last and final winner. It is a $10 Gift Voucher to their store.

Now the set that I used on my card is called "Butterflies and Hummingbirds 6x6 Designer Pack" and
"Butterflies and Hummingbirds Elements Pack 2." These two packs go together. We were to use one of the papers and one of the elements to make our project. I used paper that had butterflies and one humming bird on it and the element I used was a straight line of butterflies that I cut into four different butterflies. So here is the card that I made with Michele's Butterflies and Hummingbirds.

I do hope that you enjoyed learning about our challenge, sponsors and the set I used that was inspired with Michele's designs. Hope everyone has a Wonderful Day and I will enjoy seeing the works that you made. Feel free to leave some love about the post. Everyone like to hear what you think about what they made.

ROBYN'S FETISH CHALLENGE #250 "VALENTINE CARDS"

Good Morning to everyone!! Hope everyone is doing OK today. Sorry for no post last week. I do hope you read Robyn's Fetish Challenge Blog to find out the previous challenge. It's always posted there if you don't find it here. I only miss a post if something was going on in my personal life and there was. Nothing that I really want to tell to everyone like this. So I'm going to get to the challenge now and next week I'm sure I will have great things to tell.

I can't believe that it is close to Valentine's Day already. Around here we just call it Hallmark Day. I don't need a special day to show my husband how much I love him. Imagine That!.... digis by Kris is our great sponsor for this week. Kris let me use her digital stamp called "Polar Love." This is a very cute image for Valentine's Day. There is a cute little bear and mouse under a mailbox with falling hearts. I just loved this image. Let me tell you what Kris will be giving as a prize for this week's challenge.

I'm excited to show you the image that I used on my card. So, here it is.

Isn't the image adorable. I did put my last name on the mail box. Not that my husband would know who this was from. I know it's a day that we do not celebrate, but this card goes perfect for the day. I love this stencil I used. All the hearts on it are wavy instead of just a straight line. I did use ink around the edges of the heart and the sentiment. I want to tell you all the items that I used to make this. There are a little bit more things used then normal.

Cardstock -- The Paper Studio
Paper -- The Paper Studio
Heart Ribbon -- Valentine's Crafts From Brother Sister Design Studio
Red Heart Gemstones -- The Paper Studio
Sentiment -- Imagine That!....digis by Kris
Flowers -- Wild Orchid Crafts
Glitter -- Ranger Stickles (Crystal Ice)
Ink Pad -- Close To My Heart (X-mas Red)
Colored Markers
Colored Pencils

I know that's a lot of items but I only used a little of each one. I did have fun making this one. I wish it would have fit in my first sketch but this turned out really cute. I do hope that you will enter our challenge this week over at Robyn's Fetish Challenge Blog. I do admit these are fun cards to make and you will have a chance to win the prize. So, I hope that you have a Wonderful Sunday and a Great Week.
