ROBYN'S FETISH CHALLENGE #244 "ANYTHING GOES"

Good Morning on this last Sunday of this year. I can not believe that we will be starting 2015 this week. I have been wondering where this year has gone to. Did everyone have a great Christmas? Mine was good. Going to my son's house for dinner was different. The evening went great. All the kids faces were so adorable when they were opening presents. They didn't eat to much either with all the the toys that they had to play with. I tried to help with dinner and dishes but my son wouldn't let me. So I came home at the end of the evening and had nothing to do but sit and relax watching the lights on the tree. Wonderful!!!

Well, we have a great sponsor this week. She is Stamp Art Design By Kathryne. Many designs for you to choose from if you win the challenge this week. The image that I used was Hollybelle. The image is an angel bear with some mistletoe and bells on her.I started on her last weekend with a great idea and started working in it. I had the image colored and the background for the bear cutout. Looking for a poem that I wanted to put on the page was hard to find. So I had to change my idea. That didn't work either then there was Christmas Eve and Christmas. So I finally made a card with some of the things I wanted to do on the layout. I want to show you my card but let me tell you about this great prize.

5 Digital Stamps

Stamp Art Design By Kathryne

Now let me show you what I ended up with. I think it turned out good after all my ideas.

I just love this image. I will be figuring out the layout I had started to sketch but it might take me awhile. I'm sure you want to enter the challenge this week so you have a chance to win this little cutie. Here are the items that I ended up using.

Cardstock --  The Paper Studio & My Stash
Paper -- The Paper Studio
Merry Christmas Sentiment --  The Paper Studio (Stick-A-Bilities)
Angels & Mistletoe Embellishments --  Dress It Up

I hope you see you enter our challenge at The Robyn's Fetish Challenge Blog this week. 5 Digital Stamps would be great to win. I will see you in the next year and I hope you all have a great New Year's Eve and Day. Mine will be a relaxing one I hope spending my night with my children.

ROBYN'S FETISH CHALLENGE #243 "CHRISTMAS TAGS"

Hope everyone is having a Good Sunday morning. I'm getting off to a slow start but after a few cups of coffee I should be good as new. I still have shopping to do today and I have not even wrapped my first present yet. Now that my daughter is out of school maybe she can help me because I'm still sick from last week. I hope I start feeling better because my son and his new girlfriend has invited us to dinner on Christmas Eve. This is a first for us as parents to have one of our children to have us over for dinner. This is all they had to give us for Christmas. I don't have to cook the meal this year. Wonder what it's going to feel like not cooking. I might be lost.

Christmas tags is a very rare challenge but it's great to make your own special tag to give to someone special in your life. Oak Pond Creations is our sponsor this week. She has very cute images for you to look at and even buy some to make your own tags. I chose the image "Reindeer." Something different then making a more Santa Clauses. I did enjoy making this and I have that special person that I want to give it to you. The reindeer from Oak Pond Creations is really adorable. The antlers was the first thing I saw and thought they were so neat. You will have to see them. So, let's get to the prize so I can show you my tag.

3 Digital Stamps

Now, here is my picture.

Now I want to show you a picture of the ribbon I put on my tag. It says Merry Christmas.

I hope you liked the tag that I made. It is very rare for this challenge so you are going to want to enter on this one. I can't wait to see your tags that you entered. Here are the items that I used to make this tag.

ROBYN'S FETISH CHALLENGE #242 "WINTER CARDS WITH GLITTER"

Rise and Shine!! It's now time for our Sunday challenge of the week. It's been to warm here to feel like winter but it's not stopping the flu and colds from spreading around. My son was sick and of course he is here every day with me. So, of course, he decided to share so when I think I'm getting better I now have one of the worst sinus infections ever. I have not been well enough to get a flu shot that would at least help somewhat. This has thrown me off my schedule of getting all my stuff done before Christmas. My husband is actually going to put the tree up and get the ornaments on it. I'm so glad someone can get that done. Now let's get to this week's challenge

Broken Box Stock is our sponsor this week. They have great images and also have clip-art, vector graphics and freebies. When you get time you should check them out. I was lucky to work with their digital image "Sled Ride Toodle." She is a cute little girl sitting on her sled. I tried to find a way for her to look like she was coming down a hill but it didn't work. So I do hope you like what I did with the image. But first, let's see what Broken Box Stock is giving the winner.

3 Digital Stamps (Except Sets)
From

Her is Sled Ride Toodle herself.

I hope you like her. The star paper is all silver. Every time I took the picture the stars came out different colors but they are all silver. I just then used different shapes and put them around the paper. I put more on then I thought because the sentiment that I had didn't fit. But here is what I did use.

Cardstock -- Close To My Heart & Core' dinations
Paper -- The Paper Studio & The Silver Is From My Stash
Rhinestones -- Craftaloo
Glitter -- Ranger (Crystal Ice)
Colored Markers
Colored Pencils

Well I'm done for today. I need some rest so I can get better. Hope you all are well and warm. See you next Sunday here for

ROBYN'S FETISH CHALLENGE #241 "CHRISTMAS CARDS"

Welcome to the first weekend of December. This really makes it feel like it's Christmas and the thought of not having your shopping done starts to worry you. Well my husband and I decided to get started on some shopping done yesterday. We really did get some of the shopping done but by time we returned home I could not move. All the gifts are still in the trunk except the ones we were afraid might burst with the cold outside. I did find something really cute that I don't think I have ever seen before. Pink Christmas wrapping paper. The store had a little bit of a variety but this color will be cute on my grand daughters gifts. Not a real gift but it put a smile on my face. I won't bore you with all the things but I think I will do more through the week by myself with less confusion.

Well, we are lucky again this week. Robyn's Fetish Digital Stamps & More is sponsoring us for our Christmas cards this week. We get to use one of her great images to use for our cards. So, the image that I chose was Christmas trees. There are two trees side by side with snow on them. I thought the trees was something different that I don't think I have done. This is the great prize that she will be giving that winner this week.

3 Digital Images
From

So here is my card that I made.

I do hope that you like the way I made my card. I was trying to go with a the focus on the trees but also wanted to add a traditional look. I wanted to make a tree farm but couldn't sketch it out where it looked good. To much on my mind this week I think. This is the items that I did use to make this Christmas tree card.

Cardstock -- Close To My Heart
Paper -- From My Stash & Caroline Wilson Fine Arts
Buttons, Angel, Presents, Gingerbread Man -- Dress It Up
Glitter -- Ice Stickles by Ranger (Crystal Ice)
Colored Markers
Colored Pencils

Well I'm going to go and relax a little before starting laundry. I'm still wore out from yesterday. I know you will want to add your Christmas card so just go to Robyn's Fetish Challenge Blog and add it there. Also, we have a great design team so check out their cards also. Enjoy your week and I'm going to try and get more shopping done.

Are those penguins not precious. I had a snowflake edge punch that I used a the top and put some glitter on the snowflakes all over the rest of the card. I went through my box of embellishments and found the tree and the jingle bells saying. Just thought it was a good choice for the sentiment. Here are the items that I used to make this easel card. I also want to Thank Edwina from our design team for helping me with the measurements that I did forget to make one of these cards.

ROBYN'S FETISH CHALLENGE #239 "USE A DIGI"

Good Morning on this cold and icy Sunday. It's not a great thing to wake up and there is ice on the steps and sidewalks. When I let my dog out she was having a hard time standing on the stoop that she fell down to the first step. Yes, I laughed at her but she did get back up. She went straight into the house. This is something that I probably won't ever see again. With everything I have been going through I needed that little laugh. Thank goodness for my pets. They always amuse me.

I have been able to keep up on making my cards. This week I was able to use a digi from Fred, She Said Designs. I used "Christmas Ornament" from their Christmas section of their store. They have 41 images in their Christmas section. That's enough to make many Christmas cards that you can give to your family and friends. The ornament that I used was perfect with the Christmas paper that I had bought last year for my Christmas cards. Before I show you my ornament let me tell you what Fred, She Said Designs will be giving to that lucky winner

Now that you seen that wonderful prize for this week's challenge. Here is my card that I made. Another one that I'm sending out.

ROBYN'S FETISH CHALLENGE #238 "THINGS WITH WINGS"

Hello on this early Sunday morning. Have you seen any snow yet where you live. We have been having flurries but tonight we are suppose to get 2 - 4 inches tonight into tomorrow. I love the snow and this is my favorite season but I'm not ready for snow days from the schools. I am grateful that it's going to hit this evening. My grandson's birthday party starts at noon. It's hard to believe that he is five already. Next year he will be in kindergarten. I still remember the day that his father was starting his kindergarten year. The bus didn't pick him up the first day and he was upset. It's funny how I remember these things but my kids don't. They think I'm telling them stories all the time.

Although it's close to the winter season my card is a summertime card. I think it turned out good if I say so myself. Delicious Doodles is our sponsor this week. If you visit their site they have a new beautiful Poppy Wreath that is new on their site. I was so grateful that they let me use the image "Daisies and Butterflies." When I picked this I new exactly what paper that I wanted to use. This image is really pretty and I enjoyed making it look like my own. Delicious Doodles is also giving away this following prize.

4 Digital Doodles

Let me show you how the paper and the image look together. I hope you think that everything looks good together.

I tried to make my daisies look like the ones on the paper. They look a little darker when it's in front of you. These embellishments were perfect for this card also. I do like when everything comes together. Here are the items that I used to make this "Daisies and Butterflies" card.

I hope this was an interesting post for you. This is an easy card to make with the items above. give it a try and let me know how you did. I would really like you to go to The Robyn's Fetish Challenge Blog and see the other designers cards that has Wings and Things. You can also enter your card there to. I can't wait to see your cards. ROBYN'S FETISH CHALLENGE #236 "THANKSGIVING"

Good Morning!! Hope everyone's Sunday is getting off to a good start. Did everyone ( who has to ) remember to turn your clocks back? I did but my husband takes care of changing them all. The first week of a time change for me is miserable. It throws off my schedule really bad. I don't know why it does but it certainly does. I really am not looking forward to it getting dark so early at night. I'm not a good night driver so I don't go to many places that I do in the summer. Well hope you all enjoy it.

We have our great Robyn that is sponsoring us this week with our Thanksgiving cards. I some times think Thanksgiving is a forgotten holiday. First you have Halloween and then boom, Christmas takes over. Robyn let us use an image from her Thanksgiving images. I chose "Pilgrim Gal." She is a cute little gal just standing there looking like she can't remember what's next to do. How do you keep up on this holiday? Robyn will be giving the winner of this challenge

3 Digital Images

Let me show you the card that I made with "Pilgrim Gal."

I know that I don't ave food on here but thought the sentiment was great for Thanksgiving. I love this paper that I found and wanted to use an orange that matched the paper. I did add the sunflowers to make it look more like a fall card. I don't know why but I can't seem to get the sentiment to come out not being blurry. I'm still working on it to see what I'm doing wrong. This may be the time to get out my photography book and do some reading. Here are the items I used to make this card.

Cardstock -- Close To My Heart & The Paper Studio
Paper -- The Paper Studio
Sentiment -- From A Site On The Internet (Forgot To Write It Down)
Sunflowers -- Paper Wishes
Colored Markers
Colored Pencils

Well I finished another post and it's on the first weekend of November. October was not here very long. Let's see how fast this month goes. I hope you enjoyed my card and make sure you take a look at the other design teams cards here at The Robyn's Fetish Challenge Blog. There are great cards for Thanksgiving. Enjoy the rest of your Sunday and have a Wonderful Week

ROBYN'S FETISH CHALLENGE 235 "STITCHING REAL OR FAUX"

Good Morning on this beautiful Sunday morning. It's cold out but the sun is great. Well I said last week that I had my grand children for the weekend. Great seeing them but I caught my grand daughters flu bug. I have been sick all week and this flu comes with one terrific headache. I'm still feeling ill today and have no idea how to feel better. I still have their two totes in the corner of the living room with toys on the floor all around them. You would think I was the one that has kids. Their might be more when my grandson has his birthday party soon. both sides of the family spoil him. He is the first grandchild on both sides. Double trouble in the spoiling part I guess.

Stitching "Real or Faux" is the theme this week. This is a great challenge to have. I did my stitching faux. I have had some troubles stitching with a real needle and thread. I need to work on it more. A Day For Daisies is our sponsors this week. They also have a blog and newsletter that you can sign up for to follow them. wouldn't be great to get e-mails about things that are going on with them since they have the greatest stamps to work with. The image they let me use is called "Cupid Dreams." This little girl looks so peaceful laying on her cloud. I have had this angel paper for a long time and decided to use it on one side of it. It's beautiful paper and I made sure I had many pieces of it. A Day for Daisies is giving the below for this weeks winner.

$12.00 Gift Card
To
The Day For Daisies Store

Great prize for this week if I say so myself. Since the cupid was on a cloud I decided to make a couple more clouds to go with it. I also added more cupids also to kind of make it a peaceful setting with more then one cupid. I do hope you like it. I would like to Thank A Say For Daisies for letting me use this great image. Here is the card of the image "Cupid Dreams."

Do you see how peaceful she looks. I wanted the image to look like she was up in the sky but have a patterned paper to go with it. I think it helped with the background look. You can see the faux stitching on all the clouds. I made it a different color so you could see it right as you look at the card. This is the list of items that I used to make this card.

Cardstock -- Close To My Heart
Paper -- From My Paper Stash
Angels & Stars -- Dress It Up

Thank You for joining with me on this post I made. I hope you found the card interesting and it gives you some inspiration when you work on your project. Our fabulous design team made great cards and you can see them here at The Robyn's Fetish Challenge. You will also add your entries there. So, have a wonderful Sunday and Week. I will see you next week. The first days of November.

ROBYN'S FETISH CHALLENGE #234 "FOOD OR DRINK"

It's another Sunday again and we are already half way through October. Halloween will soon be over and then Thanksgiving will be here before we know it. Although I think a lot of stores and people forget about Thanksgiving. Stores are now open on that day and a lot of people don't even celebrate with family. I don't have much family so it's not celebrated much around here but I do enjoy having my kids here when they come. They have families of their own to be with. Doing this challenge reminded me of Thanksgiving. Although my image does not have anything to do with Thanksgiving it still is food. Every kid will love the image I used.

Fiona The Fairy and her Ice Cream is the image that I used from Milk Coffee Stamps. She is a cute little fairy that is on top of a bowl of ice cream. She has a big spoon trying to get some. This image is so adorable. Milk Coffee Stamps has the cutest little girl stamps that I have seen. I have to say again this image I used is absolutely adorable. Milk Coffee Stamps is giving one lucky winner

3 Digital Stamps
From
Milk Coffee Stamps Store.

This is another prize that you want to win. So, let me show you the card that I made with this image.

The flowers didn't turn out so great in the picture but I hope you do see and like them. My camera was acting up this week. I guess I need to have it checked or something. When I seen this paper I knew that I wanted to use it. There was another piece of paper that went with it but I thought it was to much. I love strawberry ice cream so that's why it's pink. I found this great green that I used to color the fairy. I think it all went well. Here is the items that I used to create this card.

Cardstock -- Close To My Heart & The Paper Studio
Paper -- DCWV
Flowers & Sprigs -- Wild Orchid
Color Pencils

We are at another end of a post. So there is not much more to say so just remember that you go to Robyn's Fetish Challenge Blog to enter your card into this week's challenge. Good luck to you all and I can't wait to see your entries. Have a Wonderful Week and enjoy the rest of your day.

ROBYN'S FETISH CHALLENGE #233 "HALLOWEEN CARDS"

Welcome to another Sunday Challenge with The Robyn's Fetish Challenge Blog. Hope everyone has had a great weekend. Mine was a good one. Just wish it wasn't raining everyday. I love the fall but all this rain has been way to much. It does keep me in the house working on my crafts. I have been gathering things to make a scrapbook layout with me and my husband's wedding pictures. We have been together for 20 something years and never did one. So when I seen the doves in our challenge a couple of weeks ago, I knew the layout that I wanted to make. I'm excited to get started on making it. I'm just waiting on some flowers to get here and then start laying it out. I will post the layout when I am finished with it.

Kind of a weird change here. Going from wedding to Halloween Cards. Halloween is one of my favorite holiday's. Some find it real weird but it has always been something that I have looked forward to for when it gets to October. So for our challenge this week our sponsor is Limited Runs. Their page is cute when you get there. It's a Halloween theme. They also have the greatest categories for you to look through. Now would be a great time to look at their Halloween Stamps. I found the cutest cupcake with a devil on top of it. The name of the image I used is simply called, "Devil." I tried making fire but I'm not sure if it looks like it or not. So before I show you my card here is the prize you will be entering for.

3 Digital Stamps
From Limited Runs Store

You will have a hard time trying to find just three. The images are great. Now let me show you my Halloween card that I made.

I have never used black as a background but thought this one needed it. There is one skeleton that is suppose to look like it was a person. Ghosts are suppose to be flying around and there is my cute little cupcake. I thought the cupcake needed something behind it so this is what I came up with. I really hope you do like this. Now, my items that I used.

Cardstock -- Close To My Heart & The Paper Studio
Paper -- Co' Ordinations
All Embellishments -- Dress It Up

Hope you found everything interesting on today's post and leave any comments that you may have. Remember that you have to go to The Robyn's Fetish Challenge Blog to enter and please visit and see what the other design team members made for their Halloween cards. Have a Wonderful Week and I will see you in another week. I will be looking forward to it and I hope you are to.

ROBYN'S FETISH CHALLENGE #232 "AUTUMN COLORS"

Hello to everyone reading this post today!! Fall is definitely here in Ohio. It has started getting really chilly here for the last couple of days. I do love the colors of the trees though. One good thing that happened this week was my son and my grandchildren spent the weekend here. We had a really good time. I haven't had all my kids and grand kids in the house all at one time. This is a weekend that I will always remember. Seeing all my kids messing with each other and laughing is priceless. Them making fun at me because I say the wrong word was something new. They even posted what I said on their facebook pages and laughed every time someone liked the comment. It was all in fun though.

Our sweet Robyn is our sponsor for this week. She was generous with us and let us pick out the image that we wanted to work with. The image I chose is called "Jennie The Scarecrow." This was a great image to make a card with autumn colors. I did like all the detail that it had in it. Of course I made my sketch but the card did not look anything that I drew. I have a really bad habit of it. So before I show you my scarecrow, that's see what Robyn will be giving to the lucky winner.

3 Digital Images
From
Robyn's Fetish's Store.

Just think you can win this lucky image that I used. Let me show you the card so you can see the image that I used with my card.

Isn't she he cutest thing. I found the paper in my stash and thought it had the perfect autumn colors on it. Then I tried to get the same colors with the flowers and the little pieces of paper behind the image. I tried to brighten the picture a little but it really made it bright. To bright to look at. So here are all the items that I used to make this card.

Cardstock -- Close To My Heart & The Paper Studio
Paper -- The Paper Studio & Co-Ordinations
Flowers -- Wild Orchid
Glitter Pumpkins -- Dress It Up

Well I hope you enjoyed the post this week. I really enjoyed making this so I really hope you liked it. Just leave a comment and let me know. Well this next week is fair week. So, that means no school for the kids. Everyone is showing their animals. Something great for our farming community. You all have a wonderful week and I will see you next week for another great card challenge.

ROBYN'S FETISH CHALLENGE #231 "ORIENTAL"

Good Morning! Welcome to the last weekend of September. Everyone is already posting how many days until Christmas on their personal blogs. Seeing those numbers really makes it more depressing for me. I usually have started on my shopping by now but I have not one thing. As the children grow up the prices of the things go up. It's hard to get what they want. So seeing those count downs are not helping me have a Christmas spirit.

Nicecrane Designs is our sponsor for this week's challenge. There images are beautiful and they have everything you can think of under the son. They were kind enough to let us use a set called "Pictures of Japan." Each of the design team picked one of the four images that was with this set. I picked the second image to use for my card. This set was perfect for our Oriental theme this week. Oriental, I have to say, is one theme that I am the worst at. I don't know why but I have had troubles with that theme. So before I tell you more about my card and show you it, I want to tell you what Nicecrane Designs is giving out for the prize this week.

$20.00 Gift Voucher
To Nicecrane Designs Store

My idea for the card was for the lady to be walking on a bridge with water underneath with fish in the water. Then I wanted to add some flowers. I can honestly tell you my card has nothing of that on there. It turned out horrible. So, I used the image and popped it off the card with two fans. I hope you enjoy what I ended up making.

I do hope that you liked how it turned out. There is one thing that is actually from Japan. The gold flowers with the flourishes. I was in a group where you swap scrapbooking items with other women. I was lucky to  have someone from Japan and she sent me items that I had never seen before. I've used most of them already. Let me tell you the rest of the items that I used to make this card.

Cardstock -- Close To My Heart & The Paper Studio
Paper -- My Mind's Eye
Gold Flowers With Flourishes -- MOMOYO
Pop-Ups -- The Paper Studio

Thank You for stopping by and reading my post. I do hope you enjoyed the post. Feel free to leave a comment so I know how I did on this card. All the cards that the design team made are on Robyn's Fetish Challenge Blog and you can add your entry also. So, have a wonderful week and I will see you next week.

ROBYN'S FETISH CHALLENGE #230 "USE A DIE CUT OR PUNCH"

Good Morning to everyone. Sorry I was not here last week but my embossing machine was broke and I hadn't been able to get a new one yet. I feel like I'm my daughter's personal ATM machine. Everything hit me in two weeks and after it was all done I spent about $300 for everything. I'm not done either. I have her school fees coming up next month. I had to take all the money I had saved up for my machine to give to her. High school is more expensive then I would have ever thought. Last night was her very first homecoming. The dress code changed since I was in school. They actually were formal wear to these dances. I'm glad her dress was on sale because she needed shoes also. The girls went as a group and they were absolutely beautiful.

I could go on and on but we have a challenge that we need to get to. As you can see you are to use a punch or die cut. I used a punch on mine and I think it turned out great. We have a great sponsor this week and they are Lacy Sunshine. I have used their images before and I was excited to used another one. The one I used this time is called Eleanor & Pickles "Decking The Halls." She is a cute little girl holding a Christmas wreath with Pickles the frog sitting on the wreath. So adorable. Before I show you my card let me tell you what that winner will win this week.

Now I want to tell you a little bit about my card before I show you. The card is a 6 inch circle made like a wreath with my image in the middle. I put light bulbs around the punched wreath. Here is the card and I hope you enjoy it.

Is this not the most adorable image. I didn't want to put the girl in Christmas colors. I wanted her to have a lighter color to offset the original Christmas colors. I love the way it turned out but I did make it a little big. Here is the items that I used to make this card.

Cardstock -- Close To My Heart
Paper -- DCWV
Circle Punch -- Martha Stewart (Triple Loop Edge Punch)
Christmas Lights -- A Tree For Me
Colored Markers
Colored Pencils

I do hope you enjoyed this post and my card. Don't be afraid to leave me a comment to let me know what you think about the card. Of course, go to Robyn's Fetish Challenge Blog and look at the other cards that our design team made and then add your card for us all to see. Hope you have a wonderful week and I will see you next Sunday.

ROBYN'S FETISH CHALLENGE #228 "ANYTHING GOES"

HAPPY BIRTHDAY, HAPPY BIRTHDAY, HAPPY BIRTHDAY TO MY DAUGHTER JELISSA!! She has turned 15 today. She is already knows the month that she can go and get her temps. I wish she wasn't growing so fast. I wold also like to say Happy Birthday to my MOM and my friend Emily. Their birthdays are also today. Three people in one day is a lot of cards to be given and presents to. I think September is my busiest month for birthday's. My husband's is even this month on the 17th.

Here we are with the famous challenge "Anything Goes." You can make any project for this challenge. This week I decided that I would make Christmas ornaments with my image. I think they turned out great. The image that I used was from our own Robyn's Fetish Digital Stamps and More. The name of my image is called "Gilded Christmas Dove." You could make so many things with this beautiful dove. Maybe you could get it with the prize that Robyn is giving to our winner of this challenge. Here is the prize.

Now I would like to show you the ornaments that I have made. They are laying down right now because I didn't get them on something that had pine needles. My bushes were just cut and no one took the trimmings off of them and their were brown spots. So here they are.

I do hope that you did like these. I loved using dark colors on these so they would look great on the tree or even a wreath that I may end up making with some poinsettia's. I also thought about using these for a wedding layout. I had many different things in mind but could not do them all. These were simple to make so I will tell you the three things that I used.

Well I hope these give you some inspiration or you may want to try one of the ideas I wrote above. Do what makes you happy and enter here at Robyn's Fetish Challenge Blog. The other design members made different projects also so that would be great for you to look at. I hope you have a Wonderful Week and I will see you next Sunday.

ROBYN'S FETISH CHALLENGE #227 "USE A DIGI!"

Hope everyone is enjoying their long weekend. I know I am. I actually get to spend some time with my husband. We are always busy on the weekends to actually sit and just talk but with that extra day we will have that time. Yesterday we did spend the morning at another soccer game. The other team was a little aggressive and even one person took her elbow and hit Jelissa in her throat. Just out of reaction my daughter pushed her down. She knows she was wrong but she said it hurt really bad and she just reacted. There were a lot of girls that were getting hurt by things like that. I thought sports was suppose to be a fun thing not a wrestling match.

Well let's get to this challenge where we are using a digi. You can use any digital stamp that you want just make sure that it is a digital image. The Paper Shelter will be our sponsor for this week's challenge. They let me use an adorable image by the name of "Beach Boy." You can just imagine how adorable he is. I did make my card a little different with this image. I used things you may find at the beach with the image. I also used light brown papers on this instead of a lot of blue. Before I get to showing you my card let's see the prize for this week's winner.

Another great prize that we are giving to our lucky winner. So let me show you my card for a little inspiration.

I tried to make it look like the little boy had a little burn from the sun. I did this on his shoulders, arms and feet. Some people seen it but others did not. That's why I am telling you. His hair is covering his eyes but you still need those sunglasses. Here is the items I used to make this project.

Paper -- DCWV
Seashells, Flip - Flops, Sunglasses -- Dress It Up

I would like to Thank You for reading my post today and I hope to see you back next week. Robyn's Fetish Challenge Blog has all the cards that the Design Team made and if you have time take a look and leave a little love. We all would like to hear your comments. While there just add your project so we can see what you did. So, Good Luck and I will be back next week.

ROBYN'S FETISH CHALLENGE #226 "CARDS FOR MEN"

Hello!! Hope you are having a good day so far. I'm finally starting things off on a good step. I didn't have to wake up at 5 in the morning and I have no soccer today. This has been the most busiest week that I have had in years. My daughter started school Tuesday and it's her first year in high school. I cried all the way home after I dropped her off. Things go so fast from here and I just want to hold onto her more. I was shocked when she came home and said she hated it. She wants to go back to the eight grade. Things are so much different and she is having a little bit of a hard time adjusting. I give her another week or so and she will be in the hang of things. She is so wore out when I pick her up from soccer practice or a game. she is in bed before me now. She has a lot on her plate for the next month in a half. I could write a book but I want to enjoy my day off.

Making cards for men are hard for me. I don't know why but it had been. So when I seen this challenge I was saying oh - no. I did get a great image though from Oak Pond Creations who is our sponsor this week. My image is named "Grumpy Fish." Every man loves to fish so I thought this would be a cute image. Oak Pond Creations had a great variety to choose from for the men. Take a little time and jump over to her store for a quick look. You may see something you like when you are there and want to be in this challenge. Oak Pond Creations will be giving the challenge winner

Here is what I did with "Grumpy Fish." I hope you enjoy it.

He is a grumpy fish. I had this fish paper left over for another project and decided I wanted to use it but not to much that it takes the focus away from the fish. The darker paper is suppose to look like the deeper part of the ocean and the light blue is the water towards to the top of the ocean. I wanted to tell you so you see why I was using the papers that I selected. Here is where everything came from.

Paper -- K & Company & DCWV
Font -- Chiller (Cute Font For The Ocean)
Colored Markers
Colored Pencils

Not many items but what I did use I think made a great card. Putting Dad on the card made it even look more like a card for a man. So I hope this gave you a little inspiration for making a card for a man. Now, I'm going to enjoy the rest of today and I hope you do as well. Remember to go to The Robyn's Fetish Challenge Blog to enter your project and look at the other cards that the design team made to give you more inspiration and see the great cards that you. Have a Wonderful Week and I will be here next Sunday for another great challenge.

ROBYN'S FETISH CHALLENGE #225 "CARDS WITH BUGS OR INSECTS ON THEM"

Good Morning!! Hope everyone is having a good start to their day. I am burnt from staying out in the sun at my daughter's soccer game. I was also stung by a bee which I'm allergic to. It didn't do to much because it was a little sweat bee. Just a lot of swelling and itching. This was the first official game of the season. Her team won 6 - 0. What a great way to start off the season. They have a really good team this year. She has two games a week for the next month and a half. The other three days of the week are practice days. I am totally running everyday and this includes all the other little things that I have to run into town for. I will look back and think that all that running was worth more then I thought.

This challenge is one that you rarely see and I had fun with it. IMAGINE THAT!...digi's by Kris. She has digital stamp sets and digital paper. Her sets are great. What ever the set is about she puts her own sayings on their for you to use. That was a great idea for the set that I used. The set that I used was the Promo Lady Bugs. I have done many ladybug cards and just wanted to add more to the collection that I do have. IMAGINE THAT!...digi's by Kris is giving the following to this week's challenge winner.

3 Digital Sets

These sets have many images and sayings on them. So, this is one prize that you really don't want to miss on. Now that you know that, here is the card with my ladybug with a piece of watermelon.

I hope you like the summer look in the paper that goes with the watermelon. I did color the watermelon with pink and the ladybug with red but when I took the picture I could not get them to look the way the colors really look like. Here are the items that I used to make this card.

Paper -- DCWV

I hope you like the card that I made for this week's challenge. For some reason i think of lemonade when I look at the paper. It might just be me. Don't forget to add your card over at The Robyn's Fetish Challenge Blog. Can't wait to see your cards. Have a Wonderful Week and I will see you next Sunday.

ROBYN'S FETISH CHALLENGE #224 "ANYTHING GOES"

Happy Sunday morning. Hope everyone is well since the last time I had posted. I have to take some time off for me and take care of some health issues that I have been putting off. I just waited to long to deal with it. I have had to quit some things I was doing and slow down some. It's hard but something that is necessary at this moment. I will still be here every Sunday though to post my creations because that is one thing that I cannot give up. I have been on this team for a long time and would never leave. I have learned a lot from all the people from Robyn's Fetish.

I'm glad that I didn't miss this challenge. I love anything goes as everyone knows. I try not to make a card so I can show you other things that I do make. This week you will be seeing a picture frame with the image that I chose from Bugaboo Digi Stamps. The image that I chose to work with is called "If friends were flowers." This little girl is an angel and very adorable. I know I say this a lot but I love Bugaboo Stamps. I even went to their site this week and bought four more that I wanted to make cards and scrapbook layouts with. You will definitely want to win the prize they are giving this week. Here it is

The Bugaboo Digi Stamps Store

Now that's a prize worth making something for this challenge. If I had the time I would try and make something else. But, I have to watch what I take on. My daughter is about all I can focus on with practice everyday and scrimmages at different places. This was one of the things I could not give up so other things I did have to take out. So here is the picture frame that I made with my "Friends with Flowers." I call it "My Daughter, My Friend."

I really hope you like it and maybe gives you a little inspiration. That year I had taken a lot of pictures of Jelissa in front of all different kind of flowers. It was just something we did one day to have fun. I'm glad that I have the pictures to remember that day. The little girl is cute and the sign is also from Bugaboo Stamps. Here are the other items I used for this frame.

Cardstock -- Close To My Heart
Flowers and Leaves -- Wild Orchid
Picture Frame -- My Husband Made
Picture -- Jelissa When She Was 4
Colored Markers
Colored Pencils

Thank You for stopping here today and reading my post. I will be back next Sunday and I hope to see your projects on Robyn's Fetish Challenge Blog. Have a Wonderful Week!!
