INCY WINCY MONDAY CHALLENGE

Welcome to this Monday's challenge. We are making cards for Birthday's. You can never have to many birthday cards. Another great thing this week is we have two sponsors which means two winners. This will be a great challenge you will want to enter. Who wouldn't want to do a birthday card and have two chances to win.

Our first sponsor is A Day For Daisies. They provide themed categories of over 3,000 digital illustrations and have a fast growing line of new clear polymer stamp sets. They have a blog, website, facebook and an etsy store.

They are giving to one of the winner's a $12.00 Gift Certificate. You will have many illustrations to choose from.

Our second sponsor is Scribbles Designs.

They will be giving the other winner 3 of their digital images. You will find great images here also.

I chose a lady bug from Scribbles Designs. I think you can make many things with lady bugs. This is the card that I made with my little lady bug.

I think that this card could be for both genders. You can use those colors for anyone. I love the way the bows turned out. I cheated a little bit. I went and bought this little thing that helps you make bows that look perfect. Of course I'm still learning how to use it. Besides that bow maker, here are the other items that I used to make this card.

ROBYN'S FETISH CHALLENGE BLOG # 200 "FAIRIES, ELVES, SPRITES OR PIXIES"

Good Morning!! Hope everyone has had a wonderful weekend. It's been quite nice here this weekend. It felt a little like Spring. I don't need to get use to that yet. I know winter is not over. Even though we are still in winter, my daughter started practices for the soccer tryouts. She will be a freshman next year and you have to tryout to be on the teams now. She is really nervous about this but she met some of the high school students that taught her some things she didn't know. The coach even gave her a good remark. I hope she makes it this year. I have confidence in her so I know she will be on the team. They haven't said when the tryouts will be yet. It seems everything goes fast anymore. Let's get to the challenge.

We have a brand new sponsor this week. The sponsor is Aurora Wings. Their digital stamps are great and I'm glad that I was able to chose Himalayan Blue Poppy. Since our challenge has four different categories, I was able to chose from the Fairy section. If anyone knows me real well they will know that I love Angels. This fairy was the closest that I came to one. She is very beautiful with these flowers around her. Here is the prize you will be working for this week's challenge.

Aurora Wings

Here is the card that I made with the Himalayan Blue Poppy that I named the card Blue Poppy Garden.

I looked at several pictures of the Himalayan Blue Poppy so I could get my flowers as close as they really looked. I hope you can see that I did get as close as I could. It was however a little hard to find the right blues to color the flowers. I do hope you like that way that it turned out. Now, the items that I used.

Cardstock --Close To My Heart & The Paper Studio
Paper -- DCWV
Frame -- Cricut Machine with Fancy Frames Cartridge
Flower's -- Close To My Heart & The Paper Studio
Metal Flowers On White Flowers -- Close To My Heart

Well, I'm glad to see all the friendly faces coming back to read my post. Feel free to share this card with others. Some people might like to just look. There are more cards on the Robyn's Fetish Challenge Blog that our great design team has made. If you would like to make a card and enter it, just go to the blog and enter. Everyone is welcome. I hope you all have a Wonderful Week ahead.

ROBYN'S FETISH CHALLENGE # 199 "ADD LOTS OF SNOW"

Good Morning!! I hope you at least are having a good one. This has been a long week for me. Things feel like they are going slow since the storm hit down south. They sent my son to Georgia to help get the power on. Then there was a earthquake down there. It was a four point something. It woke him up when the trailer he was sleeping in was shaking. Besides all that, he even went to Atlanta Speedway and was on pit row and all the other places inside the track. He sent some great pictures. We are big Nascar fans but really can't afford the expense of going to one. I'm glad that he did get to see it though. He has also been sending pictures of different parts of Georgia when he gets there and it's a pretty place. I wouldn't mind going down there for a vacation. Well, enough about my son. Let's get to the challenge at hand.

Add lots of snow was one of my favorite cards I have worked on in a little while. I always have one that is really exciting to do. Melonheadz Illustrations is our sponsor this week. They let us use a set of digital images for our cards this week. We could use as many as we wanted from the set. The set was called "Season Winter Deluxe Combo Pack." The images that I used was pine trees, winter sign, a dog, and a little boy coming down a hill on a sled. I wanted to use as many as possible but it was hard to put more on my card. This was the perfect set to use for this challenge. The prize this week is a really nice one. Let me tell you what it is.

$15.00 Gift Certificate
To The

Here is my card that I put alot of snow on. I did name it Winter Fun.

I tried to make hills. The snow is glitter that I put on the trees, a little on the sign, and all on the ground. My favorite I have to say is the little dog. I just think it adorable. The items that I used is listed below.

Cardstock -- Close To My Heart
Paper -- From My Stash
Glitter -- Ranger Ice Stickles (Crystal Ice)
Snowflakes -- The Paper Studio (La Petites)
Colored Markers
Colored Pencils

I hope you like the card and will also enter this week's challenge. Of Course, you just need to go to Robyn's Fetish Challenge Blog and add your card there. Our design team has their own creations that you will want to see. We all had the same set and we all came up with something different. Well, I hope your Sunday will be fantastic and the coming week wonderful. I will see you next Sunday. Leave comments if you would like. It's nice hearing what you all have to say.

 FEBRUARY 10, 2014

 FOR A VERY SPECIAL POST!

Hello to Everyone this very cold morning. Still holding strong onto the snow on the ground. I love seeing it so I'm a happy camper (in my house of course. LOL)  I don't know if you remember or not but there is a very special announcement tomorrow. You will want to come back and see what it is.

This week's challenge was a great one. I haven't worked with animals for a long time. As you see from the title we can work with birds or animals. A Day For Daisies is our sponsor for this week. They were kind enough to let us work with one of their images. I decided to go with the animals and used the image called "Sleepy Panda." This panda is so adorable. He's sleeping in the brush by a piece of wood. I tried to make this card look like a jungle in a way. Not sure if it looks like it or not. You can make your own conclusion. A Day For Daisies is giving the following for this challenge.

A $12.oo Gift Card
From The
A Day For Daisies Store

Now here is my card made with my sleepy panda.

I put little leaves around the wood and found these little brown buttons that are suppose to be little rocks. I hope the rocks took like rocks. This was as close as I could think of to make this. Let me tell you what items I used to make this card.

INCY WINCY DESIGNS MONDAY CHALLENGE

Wow!! It's Monday again. I would like to Thank You for stopping back to see what this week's challenge is. I'm sure you are going to love it as much as I had making it. Some things were harder to do then I thought but the way it turned out I loved it.

This week's challenge is a color challenge. Let me show you the colors that you will be using for your card.

These colors are great together. I was able to find things to use most of the colors. I will admit that I didn't use every color. This week's sponsor is The Stamping Chef Shop. They let me use their image called "We're Tied Together." It's a beautiful heart with ribbon in the middle to keep the heart together. This image really stood out when I was looking.

The Stamping Chef Shop is giving to our lucky winner 3 Digital Images of their choice.

Here is the card that I made with "We're Tied Together."

I put eyelets on the card so I could use my own ribbon where the laces were suppose to go when you just color it. I thought it was a little creative.  I hope you can see the colors in my card from the challenge. Now, here is the items that I used to make this.

Cardstock -- Close To My Heart
Paper -- The Paper Studio
Purple Ribbon -- Offray Spool O' Ribbon

FEBRUARY 10, 2014

FOR A VERY SPECIAL POST!

Good Morning to everyone on this very chilly day. The below temperature's have been horrible here. One night it was 35 below with the windchill. That was a very cold night. I never used so many blankets to keep warm. All the animals even slept with us. It's suppose to be warming up for two days and then we are to get some more snow again. I'm loving the snow but no one else in the house is. Although, my daughter is loving all the days off. I wonder how many days she will be missing this coming week. These days off she is getting a jump start on her science fair project. One thing I didn't like to do in junior high. I'm glad she likes doing it.

Valentine's Day Cards is our challenge this week. I had fun with the one I made. Our lovely Robyn is this week's sponsor. She let me use her image "Love Birds." These are two cute little birds snuggling in their nest. I didn't use the typical Valentines Day paper. It's red, pink and white. I think this is the image that everyone should have. You can use them for all kinds of different cards through out the year. Since Robyn is our sponsor, let me tell you what the winner will get for this week's challenge.
