Hello on this early Sunday morning. Have you seen any snow yet where you live. We have been having flurries but tonight we are suppose to get 2 - 4 inches tonight into tomorrow. I love the snow and this is my favorite season but I'm not ready for snow days from the schools. I am grateful that it's going to hit this evening. My grandson's birthday party starts at noon. It's hard to believe that he is five already. Next year he will be in kindergarten. I still remember the day that his father was starting his kindergarten year. The bus didn't pick him up the first day and he was upset. It's funny how I remember these things but my kids don't. They think I'm telling them stories all the time.

Although it's close to the winter season my card is a summertime card. I think it turned out good if I say so myself. Delicious Doodles is our sponsor this week. If you visit their site they have a new beautiful Poppy Wreath that is new on their site. I was so grateful that they let me use the image "Daisies and Butterflies." When I picked this I new exactly what paper that I wanted to use. This image is really pretty and I enjoyed making it look like my own. Delicious Doodles is also giving away this following prize.

4 Digital Doodles

Let me show you how the paper and the image look together. I hope you think that everything looks good together.

I tried to make my daisies look like the ones on the paper. They look a little darker when it's in front of you. These embellishments were perfect for this card also. I do like when everything comes together. Here are the items that I used to make this "Daisies and Butterflies" card.

Cardstock -- Close To My Heart
Paper -- K &Company
Lace -- From My Stash
Butterfly Embellishments -- K & Company
Pop-Ups -- Ranger
Colored Markers
Colored Pencils

I hope this was an interesting post for you. This is an easy card to make with the items above. give it a try and let me know how you did. I would really like you to go to The Robyn's Fetish Challenge Blog and see the other designers cards that has Wings and Things. You can also enter your card there to. I can't wait to see your cards. I hope you enjoy your day and for those that are suppose to get the snow, Enjoy!!!!
