THE ROBYN'S FETISH CHALLENGE # 148 - USE RIBBON OR TWINE

Here we are again. Another amazing Sunday morning looking real nice out but still really cold. I don't know how everyone else is but I have to do things with music on. I find it relaxes me when I get stuck on something. Now the kids have me really spoiled. They showed me how to get music off of Amazon MP3. I am so loving it. It's on the computer, my MP3 player and even on a CD for the car. I'm loving the gift cards. I didn't know what to do with them but now I do. I just have to watch if I go over the limit. I have only done it twice. LOL

I love working with ribbon but never have used much twine. So I ended up using ribbon. the image that I chose is called A Shady Spot. It's a really cute image with a frog and mushrooms. Then I used a  rosette ribbon around the image trying to make it look like little lily pads. I think my card has a soft kind of feel. THE ROBYN'S FETISH CHALLENGE BLOG (CHALLENGE #147) "WINTER CARDS WITH SNOW"

 

 

Hope is all well with you as you are reading this. It's amazing that it is another Sunday again. For this being a new year it sure is going fast already. Just when I think I have things caught up, I turn around and there is more to do. I know that I'm older now (LOL) but I want to know how I did all this in my twenties with three little ones. Why is it the older you get, time seems to fly so fast? No wonder why your parents tell you to enjoy your life when you young because it's more difficult as you get older.

We are playing with winter cards that have snow on them. I love this theme because of the snow. Snow is my favorite thing about winter and winter is my favorite season. ROBYN'S FETISH CHALLENGE BLOG CHALLENGE #146 - "PAPER PIECING"

Thank You for coming and sharing another Sunday challenge with me. Hope you all had a wonderful weekend. I can actually say that I did absolutely nothing yesterday. This flu that I have had has been horrible to deal with. I'm also watching my grandson two days a week for a little while to help my son out. For a three year old, he has so much energy that I just can't keep up with him. I'm not aloud to take a break. We have to be playing constantly. When one of my children are home I do get some relief. He hates to take naps so that is a battle in itself. I wouldn't trade him for the world.

ROBYNS FETISH CHALLENGE BLOG CHALLENGE #145 - "HAVE A HEART-MUST HAVE 3 HEARTS ON THE PROJECT"

 
As I'm waking up this morning, there is a beautiful down fall of snow. It's one of my favorite things to watch. I could just sit in a window and watch it all day. I'm glad that this winter we are having snow because last year we had close to none. It was one of the warmest winter's we had around here. We sure are making up for it this winter.

THE ROBYN'S FETISH CHALLENGE #144 - "ADD SOME BRADS AND RIBBON"

 

Welcome to another challenge from The Robyn's Fetish. Hope your weekend was a great one. Still snow on the ground here and it's very cold. My Siberian Husky is just loving all the snow. She just plays and plays in it. Cold doesn't bother her at all.

 

Let me tell you about the challenge for this week. As the title says you are just going to as some brads and ribbon to your card. I love ribbon but this time I used the ribbon in a different way. I will tell you here in a minute. The sponsor this week is Digital Paper Craft

MY GRAFICO CHALLENGE #144

CHALLENGE #144 ANYTHING GOES

Welcome to the start of a new week. I was excited that I woke up to snow flurries today. I'm waiting for that big blizzard that we haven't had for some time. Everyone says I'm crazy but it's the most beautiful thing to see on the trees and on the ground without footprints on it. Once you walk on the snow it's not so pretty anymore. At the end of the week we are suppose to get a couple of inches, but I will believe it when I see it. Where I live everything goes around us and miss us completely. Wish me some snow.
 

My Grafico is having another challenge that the theme is everything goes as you probably know by now. For this challenge I found these cute images from Olillia Illustrations. They are called Sleeping Babies. I love being able to pick out the set I can use to make my creations for you. I know I pick alot of baby images but they are fun to work with. I used the Sleeping Butterfly. I could make so many more cards with the rest of the images. Here is the picture of the set that I have used.

 

 

Since I used cute little babies I set up my card with a bear and his blanket. I think they looked very cute together. So here is the card I made named Sleep Little Baby.

THE ROBYN'S FETISH CHALLENGE #143 - "ROUND CARDS"

Good Morning to everyone!! Hope you are getting started to a wonderful day. I would like to apologize for my absence. My Grandmother who was like my mother had passed two days after Christmas. She was so dear to my heart and I took it really bad. But I'm here now and ready to get started back to creating cards and other scrapbooking layouts. It has taking me some time to get my creative juices going but I will get there.
