ROBYN'S FETISH CHALLENGE # 220 "CHRISTMAS IN JULY"

Good Morning!!! Hope everyone is having a good day so far. I'm having a slow start but as soon as I drink my pot of coffee I will be up and moving. I'm going to try and enjoy my day because my daughter's soccer practices and games is wearing me down. Practices start at 8:00 am. They are for two hours but I stay up there to save gas. Plus by time I would get home I would have to turn around and go back. So this is the easiest way to do this. This week we have practices and dentist appointments and other activities. I thought we were on summer break. My boys was never interested in sports so this all new to me. With her starting high school they do things differently and they practice way more then before.

Enough of my little info. I want to get to one of my favorite challenges. Nicecrane Designs has so many categories to choose images from that you will be looking for hours. I'm glad that we are working with them. This is a new sponsor with great images. Our design team was able to work with a set called Vintage Adorable Christmas. I love vintage things and this set has adorable vintage Christmas images. There were four images to this set and I chose the third image. Two little girls sleeping of Santa bringing presents to the chimney to come and give them their presents. Nicecrane Designs is giving a great prize for the winner. He it is

This is a fantastic prize to win. If I have the time I would like to make something and enter. But, with my schedule I will have to see. Now I would like you to see the card that I made.

I tried to use vintage colors with a little vintage looking flowers. I had this great set of 3-D stickers and this one fit perfectly with the card. I tried to go by a sketch but this is no where near it. I don't know how I went from a sketch to my own design. Well, let me tell you what I used to make this vintage card.

ROBYN'S FETISH CHALLENGE # 207 "MUST HAVE A HAT IN THE IMAGE"

What a wonderful Sunday morning. We are definitely having a touch of spring here today. The weather men are saying we will have snow in the middle of the week. This is crazy weather and it is messing with my allergies. We just need the weather to stay the same now. Winter should definitely be over by now. Easter is next weekend and it would be nice to have some great weather. Next weekend is going to be really busy. My grand daughter turns 2 on Friday. Her birthday party is on Saturday and then Easter on Sunday. I also need to figure out how to go to the store to get things but I have no car right now. My husband starts a new job tomorrow and he needs the car. We are looking for something in our price range but we are having a hard time with that. The car has to be so old and the mileage has to be low in order to get a loan. Weird how they do things these days.

Well, I want to move on to the challenge this week because I think it is a great one. I have this cute little image that Just Some Lines let me use. It is called EMO -- Flower Filled Day. She is a cute little girl that is wearing this big hat that is bigger then her. She also has flowers that are in front of her. I can't wait to show you this image. Just Some Lines is our sponsor this week and I love the images there. They are adorable. I hope you will check them out. They are giving a generous prize this week for our lucky winner. I'm sure you would like to know. Here it is.

Well we are at the end of another Sunday challenge. You just have to make sure your image has a hat in it to enter at Robyn's Fetish Challenge Blog. Have a great Easter and I will have my post up that day also.

ROBYN'S FETISH SHOWS YOU EMBOSSING

ROBYN'S FETISH CHALLENGE #131

Good Morning!! Did anyone wake up to this awful rain? This is the second day that we have had rain. I can tell you that I honestly had a great time with my grandson this week. I had him from Wednesday to Thursday night. We had trick or treat in our neighborhood on Thursday so I wanted to take him and I actually had him up here. It was great. He hasn't been up here to spend the night in so long that I took everything in. He did find his birthday present and wanted it then. I will be looking for another present this week. He was a little Koala Bear and my dog was a centipede. LOL Well let me just sum it up and say that it was wonderful to spend that much time with him.

Let me tell you about this weeks theme. We were using embossing folders on our card. the image that I used was called Frankie from The Stamping Boutique. He is so cute that I couldn't resist him. I love to emboss but I'm still getting into it. I loved the way things turned out after embossing it. I will be using it more now. OK, let me tell you what you are trying to win for this weeks challenge.

Hello to all!! Hope you are enjoying this Labor Day weekend. All is well in this state of Ohio. We are now getting some of the weather from Isaac. Not as bad as the Gulf Coast. I hope everyone is safe and made it out in time.

My daughter had a wonderful night Friday. She was able to march with the high school band. Her first start of becoming more active in what the band does. She did wonderful. I took over 50 pictures just to save that moment. We even bought the program and kept the tickets to add to her book and make a couple of layouts of the special event. I never seen her so nervous before but she was so excited afterwards. I'm so proud of her. Congratulations my Little Angel.

Well Pearls, Glitter, and Pearls. Doesn't this sound like a great combination for a project. I know I was excited about it. The images we used was from Melonheadz Illustrating. We were able to use as many images from the set called Paris. How can you not find things for Paris. It's a beautiful place from what I have seen in pictures. Here is the prize for this challenge.

ROBYN'S FETISH SUNDAY CHALLENGE #120

ROBYN'S FETISH CHALLENGE #120 ON MONOCHROMATIC

Hello Everyone!! Hope you had a Wonderful Weekend. I can actually say that my week was alot better. I actually had my grandson for three days. We had so much fun. He is getting so big and is talking really well. He can actually say Grandma now. I never thought that word would sound so good when he was yelling for me. He's almost potty trained. He still has accidents but few and few each day. I feel that he will be in kindergarten tomorrow. I did watch my Grandchildren all day Saturday. I'm too old to have kids that young all day. I fell asleep as soon as they left. So much for getting anything done but your family comes first.

Well, here is this week's challenge. The designer that we used for the images was The Stamping Boutique. My image was called Madyson. The theme that we used was called "Make a Monochromatic Card". I had never heard of this so this is my first card that I have made using this technique. I was worried that it wouldn't come out right. Making a Monochromatic Card is using most of the same color through out the whole card. For more designs on these, you really need to check out the Design Team's blogs. They have more experience then I had. For the prize this week on making one of these is

3 Digital Stamps
Of The
Winner's Choice
From The
Stamping Boutique

Here is the card that I made with this new technique.

Well, I hope you enjoyed the challenge and want to particpate in the challenge this week. Again, I would like to remind you that the Design Team has there own take on this technique. Good Luck to everyone and I will again see you next Sunday.

BLUE, BUTTONS AND A BOW TOO AT ROBYN'S FETISH

ROBYN'S FETISH CHALLENGE #106

Good Morning!! I'm surprised I'm awake so early. So not me. Today, I will be going straight to the challenge. I hope you don't mind.

This week the Robyn's Fetish Design Team used digital stamps designed by Floppy Latte Designs. The image I chose was Pull Along Duck. Our theme was a fun one. I don't remember making what I think they call a recipe card. We had to use "Buttons, Blue and a Bow Too".
This was a fun combination to work with. I went with a light blue because of the duck. I can honestly say that I could not find number embellishments for this but did get the ABC's. So here is the great prize this week that you can win.

$10.00 Voucher
To The
Floppy Latte Digital Designs Store

So here is my Pull Along Duck

I think he is a cute duck. I remember these ducks from when I was little and the dogs to. I hope you enjoyed your card this morning and come back next Sunday for another great challenge. All I can tell you is that I have never done this type of card before. Please look at the other Design Team Blogs. They have great cards for this challenge too. Have a Wonderful Week!!
