ROBYN'S FETISH CHALLENGE # 335 "USE AN EMBOSSING FOLDER"

Here we are again for another challenge at The Robyn's Fetish Challenge Blog. Embossing cards are fun to play with. There are so many patterns to choose from. I do hope you play along and show us your embossing cards.

Blackberry Jelly's is our sponsor this week. This is a cute little etsy store that you would want to go and look at the images. We were able to pick any image we wanted to used for our project. I just thought that this cat with the balloons was adorable. The name of this image is called, "Cat In The Box; Box With Balloons." I want to tell you about this image and what I did with it. But, I'm gonna let you know what Blackberry Jelly's is giving for this week's prize.

Here is my Scrapbook Layout that I called, "Feather Parties."

I hope you like the Scrapbook Layout. I made this with my cat named "Feather." Since the image was a cat in a box with birthday balloons, I remembered that my daughter had a birthday where we played with our cat with hats. He actually left them on there for me to get a couple of pictures. The paper reminded me of the colors on the hat he was wearing and I had paper to match the background where I embossed dots on the balloons as a background of the pictures. I then added the embellishments and that finished the page. This one was a pretty easy layout but I love it. Here is the items I used.

Cardstock -- The Paper Studio
Oval Stencils -- Fiskars
Embossing Folder -- Cuttlebug's Dots
Embellishments -- Dress It Up
Colored Markers
Colored Pencils

I want to Thank You for stopping by. It brightens my day for you to see what I have done for this week. Robyn's Fetish Challenge Blog is where you will see more projects and the rules for entering our challenges. Can't see what you come up with!!

ROBYN'S FETISH CHALLENGE # 334 "ANYTHING FOR FALL"

Good Morning!! Hope you are having a Wonderful Day!! I woke up to very nice weather and a pot of coffee. I'm lucky I have a Wonderful Husband who makes coffee when he is home on the weekends. Although, his birthday was yesterday he didn't act like it was. That's what happens when you get older I guess. I don't tell people my birth date so I don't have to go through it anymore. Just another day in my book.

As you can see from above that The Cutting Cafe is our sponsor for this week's challenge. Besides having digital image sets, they have cutting files for shaped cards, shaker cards and so much more. They have Digital Image Sets which one of the sets I worked on. It's called, "Wheelbarrow Deliveries." This set has two styles of wheelbarrows, pumpkins, acorns, leaves, and many more images. I used the wheelbarrow, leaves, pumpkins, and acorns from the set. I could have made many different things from this but I decided to go with a table arrangement.

Before I get to that, here is the prize that The Cutting Cafe is giving our lucky winner.

Now on to my table arrangement. I wanted to do something besides a card since our theme is anything for fall. I actually came up with this idea at 3:00 am because I couldn't sleep. I come up with a lot of ideas when I can't sleep. I used the images of the pumpkins and acorns to put at the bottom of a block that I painted, put paper on top of the block, added leaves and then the letters. The two end blocks have the image of leaves and one with a wheelbarrow. Then I added other things to make it a table arrangement. I used only four of the images that came from a set of around 11 images and 20 different sentiments. From this set you can make something for Easter, Christmas, Valentine's Day and many more. Here is everything with my arrangement.

Cardstock -- The Paper Studio
Paper -- The Paper Studio
Paint -- Americana (Georgia Clay)
Wood Blocks -- Midwest Products
Letters -- Woodpile Fun
Big Fall Leaves on Block -- Hobby Lobby
Turkey, Pumpkins, Cross, and Leaves Laying On Table -- Hobby Lobby
Farmers On Block -- Dress It Up
Colored Markers
Colored Pencils

Wow, this post is longer then I thought it would be. I just wanted you to know about everything I put into the arrangement and what come with the set that I used. You will want to go to The Robyn's Fetish Challenge Blog to see what the design team made for their projects. When you are there read the rules of the challenge and enter. It's real easy. Thanks for stopping and feel free to leave any comments you want. Have a Wonderful Week!!!!!

ROBYN'S FETISH CHALLENGE # 333 "PUPPY LOVE - MUST HAVE A DOG OR A PUPPY ON THE CARD"

Good Morning!! I'm back to tell you about the challenge of the week. This was a great theme to have. Who can not make a cute card with a puppy? My daughter brought home a puppy a month ago and she is cute but she will grow up. I wonder if she will think it's all fun when she reaches to her adulthood. I have been teaching the dog to go out and my daughter not so much. She did say she didn't realize how hard it was going to be. Wish she would of listened to her parents because this is starting to look like it's going to be my responsibility. Look who is our sponsor this week.

All Dressed Up Stamps is this weeks sponsor. I would like to thank them for the image that they let me use for my card this week. The image's name is "My Best Friend." All Dressed Up Stamps have the cutest images. They have over one hundred stamps in their store. This cute image is a little girl walking her cute little puppy.

The winner will receive the following for winning our challenge

Since this was suppose to be a card with a puppy. My image already had a cute little one with it so I made a puppy paw print on the front of the card. I colored the image and put it on the paw and then made the rest of the paw with brown paper and buttons to give it more of the puppy paw look. This was also a simple little card but I had a lot of fun with it. There is a verse on the inside to give this card to a new puppy owner. Here are the items I used:

Cardstock -- DCWV & The Paper Studio
Font -- She Always Walk Alone
Buttons -- My Button Bucket
Colored Markers
Colored Pencils

I hope to see all the cards with your puppies on them. Just go to Robyn's Fetish Challenge Blog and enter those cute little puppies you have. Also, look at what the design team made with their puppies. A lot of inspiration there. Well, that's it from me this week. Enjoy what's left of today and tomorrow.

ROBYN'S FETISH CHALLENGE # 332 "FOOD OR DRINK"

Hello To You All!! Hope the weather is nice where you are. We had a great couple of days that were really nice and no rain. I hope it will be like this next week. We are having a bonfire for our daughter and her friends for her birthday. She turns 17 Wednesday and is making me feel real old. We are actually talking about colleges already. She will be in a program her senior year where they will pay for so many credits at a college. It's starting to be a reality now.

The Robyn's Fetish Challenge Blog is our sponsor for this week. We are very glad that she let's us use her images to do our projects with. Robyn has many images in her store that I just love. When she gets new ones in I can't wait to use them. Here is one of my favorites "Wedding Cake." Long story but I eloped with my husband when we were very young so this cake is colored the way our flowers were. Just had to use these pictures I just found.

As you can see, I made a Scrapbook Layout. First, I need to tell you about what Robyn is giving for a prize this week.

Here is the layout that I made this week. I called it "Wedding Day." We eloped back in 1991. Again, Long story. I used a Specialty Paper for the background and the background behind the pictures. This paper is really tricky to work with. They are not a regular cardstock and the paper stretches. I wish I would have known this before I used this paper. Trying to get things to stick to it was definitely hard. I used the wedding cake and cut off the flowers at the bottom of the image. I used pop up dots to make it a little dimensional. Used a border with flowers and rhinestones. Then added all the embellishments to the page. I think it turned out really pretty. It did bring back great memories from then. Here's where everything came from.

Cardstock -- The Paper Studio
Specialty Embossed Paper -- The Paper Studio
Border On Side -- Jolee's Boutique (Wedding Borders)
Embellishments -- Me & My Big Ideas & Paper House
Stenciled Hearts -- Fiskars
Colored Markers
Colored Pencils

I hope this gives you some inspiration for your next project. Join us for this challenge and have some fun. To see all the projects that the Design Team did just go to The Robyn's Fetish Challenge Blog. Have a Great Week!!!
