LIL PATCH OF CRAFTY FRIENDS CHALLENGE "ANYTHING GOES"

Hello Again!! Seems like it's been a long time since I made a project for you here at Lil Patch Of Crafty Friends. Is everyone loving the fall weather. I love Autumn with changing of the leaves and the much cooler weather. Now with our new house, we will have to start raking leaves that I didn't miss at the last place I lived. It will be nice to have them in a pile and let the grand kids play in them. These are the times you get some of your greatest pictures when they are young. I still remember when my kids did it. Very happy days to remember since one of your children has kids to enjoy it just like he did.

Well, for this challenge, "Anything Goes," we have a total of three sponsors giving out prizes to some lucky winners. Everyone loves to get free images to use on new cards that you want to make. Some for the images has been great with some of the Scrapbook Page Layouts. Well I'm excited to get started meeting our three sponsors for this challenge.

This store carries Sweet & Spooky Creepy designs and they also carry merchandise for you to purchase. This is the first time that I have heard of this etsy store and their a lot of images that are cute compared to how many that are spooky. It's a nice store that you should go and see for yourself.

The image that I used is called "Christmas Ornament." She is a beautiful girl holding one ornament. Looks like she maybe hanging it on a tree. With this Christmas ornament I actually added another card to my Christmas Cards this year. Here is how I used this image to make my card.

I really do hope you like it. I used poinsettia background paper and then added all the other poinsettia's around her. I focused more on the flowers than I did the ornament. You can always add ornaments to a page but when I saw this paper I knew what I wanted to do.

LIL PATCH OF CRAFTY FRIENDS CHALLENGE "ANYTHING GOES"

Hello to everyone. I'm back from my month's vacation off and ready to start with my new challenge. My move had some cliches and it was very long for all of us. There was something that needed fixed before we closed and that held us up for a week and when the day came to close the owners were still trying to get their things out. But, in the end, we made it and we love our new home. 

I'm excited to get back in the groove again so I can see some very lovely projects that you will all be making. So, let's start with the first of our 3 sponsors.

I used the image Petal from this etsy store. They have very adorable images and I'm glad that I was able to choose an image from them. This image is a sweet little girl sitting on petals of a flower. Welcome to another "Anything Goes" challenge. We all know that we love these kind of challenges because you can show anything that you would love to share. I'm sure their are projects out there that are just waiting to be seen but need a challenge like this to show them off. I love to see all the different projects they are being made. I sometimes would love to try and make something close to something different that I never seen before. We all would like to add something new to show how diverse we can be. Fresh Brewed Designs

Let me show you the image that I used from Fresh Brewed Designs, It is called Row Of Ornaments which makes you think of Christmas

Fresh Brewed Designs is also a nice store and has different categories then the others we have already talked about. They  have the digital images but they also have digital paper and digital sentiments to use. You can make a whole project by going there and getting all that stuff. You can do some of this with the prize they are giving which is 3 Digital images. You would then only have to buy the sentiment and the paper. Now I will show you the Scrapbook Layout that I made with a Row of Ornaments.

I thought a card would be to easy to make since there wasn't much you could have made with it. At least I couldn't come up with a more colorful card. I have, as you know, been trying to scrapbook layouts for my family album. I have done more this year then I have for the last four years.
