FEATURE MONDAY OVER AT MY GRAFICO

MY GRAFICO'S FEATURE MONDAY

Welcome to Monday's feature here at My Grafico. Hope your morning is starting off well. Not to bad in Ohio. The weather is great. My daughter is done with school. My son and husband are done with college this quarter. We are spending some quality time together but my son isn't into to well. Here's to old for that stuff. You have to spend time with the young children because they eventually grow up and move on. I'm hoping for some great moments this summer and some great scrapbook layouts to.

The set that we are using this week is from designer Lindsay's Stamp Stuff. What we are using this week is Elegant & Shabby School Scrapbook & Card Papers. These papers are terrific for any year of school and even college pictures. There is even a paper that looks like a music sheet. Let's look at the set for yourself.

Here's the card that I made with this set. The papers are so neat that it was hard to pick one. Once I picked one my idea was there. Let me show you the card that I made.

I hope you like what I did with the paper. It was hard to find graduation stuff at this time of the year so I used some of the stuff I have to finish my son's layouts. I'm sure the graduation stuff will be back soon. So if you have a graduate this year, Congratulations to them from me. Have a Wonderful week and I will be back for next Monday's Challenge.

TO THE MOON AT MY GRAFICO'S CHALLENGE BLOG

MY GRAFICO'S CHALLENGE #128

Good Morning everyone. I hope you had a great Mother's Day. This year was great spending time with my Grandmother and family that I haven't seen for years. It was very different but was a great feeling to be with family.

I would like to share with you that I will not be here next Monday. It's very sad to say but my husband will be having surgery Wednesday and I will be helping him recover. Once we get in a routine here at home I will be back to making my projects for My Grafico. He will be getting a partial knee replacement that we have waited for 5 years. He hurt it through work and he's on Workman's Comp. It takes so long to get them to finally approve things. I will be so glad when he isn't hurting anymore. It's very hard to see your husband in pain all the time.

Our challenge for the next two weeks is going to be Blast Off. Our Design Team was able to a Digital Stamp designed by Kelly Medina Studio's. The name of the set was Outer Space Boys. I love this set and I'm sure you will also. You can do many things with this set for little boys. Of course I thought of my Grandson when I was making this and my daughter for the say on the card. It's a saying that I say to her all the time. Let's not wait anymore and show you the set that we used.

I just love this set. It's so cute. So, again, this is the challenge for the next two weeks. Make a project with things that Blast Off. All of our projects are due by midnight on May 25th. My brother's birthday. Please load your projects over at My Grafico's Challenge Blog. The prize that you are playing for is the set above. It is an adorable set worth playing for.

Here is the card that I made for this challenge. Remember, the saying is what I say to my daughter. She is my angel.

Please visit the other Design Teams Blogs and see what they made from this set. There are great projects and it's amazing how the cards are so different. I wish you all good luck with this challenge and I will see you in two weeks. Good Luck to all of you that enter and wish my family good luck for my husband's surgery.

FEATURE MONDAY AT MY GRAFICO

MY GRAFICO'S NEW MONDAY FEATURE

Good Morning or Afternoon!! Hope everyone had a wonderful holiday weekend. I can honestly say I did. It was not a traditional day but it turned out great. I actually tried to tan my legs and my son's laughed at ghostly I looked. Kids are the best. Also, in ten days I will have my new grand daughter. They have to do a C-section so we know the exact day. My son is naming her Remie Faith. Believe it or not Remie is short for a gun. I couldn't believe it but I can't make him change it. I'm going to call her sweet pea.

Well for this week's feature we used some clip art from Riefka Designs. The name of the clip art was Sweet and Yummy Ice Cream. This set reminded me of summer. I really think I'm ready for summer this year. I'm a winter person but I think things will be different for me this year. I'm trying to get out of my comfort zone. Anyway, this set was fun to work with. With the yummy ice cream cones and popsicles look so good. Let's take a look at these yummy sweets.

I told you that these looked yummy. They would look great on a Scrapbook Layout with pictures of your children eating their ice cream cones. I already have a layout in mind but can't find the pictures that I know I have. It will be done though.

Don't forget that you still have time for the challenge that started last week. The end date of the challenge is April 13th at midnight. This is going to be an easy challenge and you can win a great prize. Remember to enter your entries at My Grafico Challenge Blog. If you have forgotten the rules they are there also.

Here's my yummy card that I made:

I hope you enjoyed the card. The paper I found for it was cute and by total accident. It worked though. Don't forget the challenge and look at the other Design Teams Blogs to see what they did with set. Have a Wonderful Week and Good Luck to everyone that is entering the challenge.
